Lawsuit Against School District Which Secretly Transitioned Tween Girls Added to SCOTUS Docket

The Erin Lee story has been echoing around the nation and will soon be heard at the ACRW-sponsored District 3 Event here in Pagosa Springs – see: (https://parteaevents.com/event/70).  The lawsuit the Lees and another family filed against the Poudre, Colorado School District (Ft. Collins) has been placed on the SCOTUS Docket, meaning the case will be heard by the US Supreme Court. The basic question stated in the filing document is as follows:

QUESTION PRESENTED
Whether a school district may discard the presumption
that fit parents act in the best interests of their children
and arrogate to itself the right to direct the care, custody,
and control of their children.

This is exciting news, and we anticipate this will be a very significant case, setting a major precedent for parents’ rights. We will be praying for a favorable outcome.
