Primary Election Results 2024

Fellow Republicans and Patriots,

Here are the results from Archuleta County for the 2024 Primary Election on June 25, 2024. In summary:

• In the Republican Congressional District 3 race, the top vote-getter in Archuleta County was Lew Webb, while the overall winner of CD3 was Jeff Hurd.
• In the contested Archuleta County Commissioner District 2 race, John Ranson won the Republican primary by a wide margin.
• Clark Craig (HD59), Warren Brown (Commissioner District 1), and Brad Hunt (County Coroner) all had uncontested Republican primary races.

Congratulations to all of the successful candidates. Let’s go on to vote these Republicans into office in the General Election on November 5.

Archuleta County had an overall turnout of about 35%, considered low for a presidential election year. Colorado had an even lower overall turnout of about 25%.
