Important Petitions for the 2024 General Election Ballot Initiatives – Second Set

There are several important petitions aimed at getting ballot initiatives on the 2024 General Election Ballot.

We previously posted information about a set of petitions having to do with Colorado elections. Here are two additional petitions worthy of your attention, especially if you are a parent or grandparent.

#142 PARENTAL NOTIFICATION of GENDER INCONGRUENCE
statutory initiative that will require public schools to tell parents if their child is experiencing “gender incongruence.” This will prevent the policy of far too many public schools that today refuse to share this vital information with the parents and sometimes even deceive the parents by using different names and pronouns for the students at school than what they use when discussing the students with their parents.
